Get up to date. Alinsky has been passed since the adoption of the Gingrich Model.

Luntz is a modern player.

Do you think McEnany (sic?) wrote all those responses to questions she reads from that bulging binder as a form of "press conference"?

Of course she didn't. Every single one was focus grouped and tested until they were just right.

Guess again, Atheists and Jews don't believe in a literal Satan.

Alinsky considered himself an agnostic, but when asked about his religion would "always say Jewish."

Jewish vs. Christian Conceptions of Satan

On the whole, Satan occupies a far more prominent place in Christian theology than in traditional rabbinic sources. The Book of Revelation, in the New Testament, references an “ancient serpent” — commonly understood as the snake that tempted Eve in the Garden of Eden — “who is the Devil and Satan.” It describes a reg dragon with seven heads and 10 horns that stands opposite a pregnant woman about to give birth in order to devour the child — that is, Jesus. Revelation further describes a war in heaven in which Satan is hurled to earth, where he proceeds to lead the world astray. (In the New Testament’s Book of Luke, Jesus says he saw Satan “fall like lightning from heaven.”) According to Christian prophecy, Satan will be bound by a chain for 1,000 years after the return of Jesus.

Some of these Christian ideas are echoed in Jewish tradition, but some also point to fundamental differences — most notably perhaps the idea that, in the Hebrew Bible at least, Satan is ultimately subordinate to God, carrying out his purpose on earth. Or that he isn’t real at all, but is merely a metaphor for sinful impulses.

Do Jews Believe in Satan? | My Jewish Learning

A small minority of Jews believe in a literal Lucifer. He is briefly mentioned in the OT after all. I know he’s mentioned in Isaiah. Some Jews even believe in an afterlife. As for atheists, one can still follow someone’s example even though they don’t actually existed. I, for example, admire the superhero Superman’s nobility and integrity though I realize he’s fiction.

Is Saul Alinsky a member of that minority Jewish sect that believes in a literal Lucifer, despite admitting to being an agnostic? Why would an agnostic admire Lucifer?

You know they've got nothing when they trot out Alinsky for the millionth time.

What person is more threatening to a conservative? Alinsky, Obama, Soros, Marx, or Hillary?

I told you that I admire the fictional character Superman's nobility. I know Superman is fiction, but I think his character portrayed in comic books, TV, movies, and radio, show people the kind of character people should strive for. It is possible to look up to a fictional character. Saul Alinsky called Lucifer "the first radical known to man", and acknowledged Lucifer in the forward of his book "Rules for Radicals". Actually Alinsky wasn't even an agnostic, he was an atheist.

Honestly I’d still say Alinsky.

He admire radicals and social change, and movements towards social engineering and democratic socialism.

Is this guy like gates, soros and other boogie men that nobody cares about?

Old leftist propagandist/activist. 60's.

Way before they could actually watch out brains work. Before they had the stimulous/response maps they do now. Before Gingrich brought these sciences to our politics openly and unapologetically.

So, dated and irrelevant shorthand for consumers of conservative media to get all riled up about.

Used like "communism" or "antisemitism".

As I've posted before, they have a remarkably insane obsession with Saul Alinsky and George Soros, people who have little effect and most Democrats know nothing about beyond maybe hearing their names. Gates seems to be rising to be included.

Alinsky is dead and Soros is near 90. They need new blood.

Actually even though Soros is in his 90s and that Alinsky is dead, the media, academia, Hollywood, and government still follow their models. So even though one’s very old and one’s dead, both are still very relevant.

Considering that Alinsky was Hillary Clinton’s mentor that she personally knew, and that Obama studied his techniques, Alinsky is still very relevant. The man is largely kept quiet about by the media and academia, but they study his techniques avidly.
