Nope - the $100,000 on this check I received in the mail, today, is in pure error.

Refund to me is merely $100.00 :Oopsie

But HEY! I smiled - I was exited for like a second.

these scams would be much more convincing if the country where the money was allegedly sitting wasn't such a craphole. I got one of those scam emails last year from a guy claiming to be a soldier in Iraq who had found a bunch of gold. I sent a reply back saying "great...I am in Iraq too, tell me where you are and I will come help you load it onto one of my trucks. I know a guy at FEDEX that will ship boxes home, no questions asked" sadly he never replied back. :lamo
