Ukrainian forces strike a Russian armored convoy near the Kyiv suburb of Brovary. The Ukrainians first hit the lead tank, next the last tank and then danced shells in the middle. One of the Rusrian weapons was a TOS-1 MLRS which shoots thermobaric rockets. You can see it unleash a thermobaric rocket in the video. It might have fired due to "cooking" (intense heat). The Russian forces skedaddled and abandoned a number of working tanks. The Russian regiment commander (Colonel Zakharov) was killed in the attack. These Russian tanks belong to the 6th tank regiment (Chebarkul) of the 90th tank division of the Central Military District. They've trekked from the middle of Russia to the outskirts of Kyiv. May they all die here.
The Ukrainians have destroyed bridges and dams surrounding Kyiv and many of the fields are now fully flooded. Russian armor will get bogged own if it deviates from the paved roads. In addition, rasputitsa (the muddy season) has come early to Ukraine. This makes navigating fields in the north and east of the country treacherous due to the deep mud.
