Does Russia routinely poison it's critics, as it is now no longer possible to silence them by committing them to Mental health Institutions?

How can the Russian Service of the BBC possibly harm the Russian Government by simply reporting the news as it happens and that is freely broadcast throught all Democratic countries?

Is Russia so technically inept that they are unable to fix whatever problem keeps the BBC off the airwaves and especially in Moscow?

Putin was elected to be President of a free Russia, is he in fact on his way to becoming another Stalin?
