Supposed surviving crewmembers of the Moskva.

Russia's state-run TASS news agency says that the head of the Russian Navy has met with the crew of the sunken missile cruiser Moskva and said members would continue their service in the navy. The Russian Defense Ministry released a short video showing Admiral Nikolai Yevmenov and two other officers in front of some 100 sailors on a parade ground. The ministry did not say when the meeting took place. Moscow said all of the 500 crew members were rescued after the April 13 blast. Ukrainian officials said some of those on board the ship had died. Neither side has provided evidence to support the claims.

The U.S. military agreed with the Ukrainian version of the ship’s sinking. "We assess that they hit it with two Neptunes," a senior Pentagon official said in a briefing with reporters on April 15, calling it a "big blow" for Moscow. The strikes were believed to have caused casualties, but it was difficult to assess how many, the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity.

Some points:
1) Never ever believe the Kremlin.
2) We do not know if any of the sailors we are shown in the video were ever even on the Moskva. The Kremlin reports that all on board the sinking ship were rescued. No KIA/MIA?
3) There are ~100 sailors in the video. Where are the other 387 Moskva officers/sailors if everyone was rescued as the Kremlin claims?
4) I find the Kremlin claim preposterous. The attack occurred after midnight and in darkness on the high seas. The Turkish ship captain said he found the Moskva on its side at 1am. He rescued 54. The temp of the Black Sea water in April is ~50° F. Hypothermia sets iin quickly. There was no report of any other Russian ship in the vicinity.
5) There were at least two posts on Russian social media (scrubbed) from wives stating their Moskva sailor husbands died in the attack.

The balance of probabilities says that the crew picked up by the Turkish vessel are the only survivors. The Kremlin would have you believe that a modern warship can suffer a fatal (to the ship) strike, sinking within minutes, without casualties.

Did they really say that? I must have missed both the "strike" and the "sinking within minutes" parts. Do you have any source for these statements?

A crew of 500 and only 100 on the parade ground being presented to the Admiral of the Navy. One would think every able-bodied sailor would have been there. That by itself is telling. But the video I saw of what was represented as the ship getting hit looked like it sustained a significant explosion that lit up the night sky. Hard to believe there weren’t major casualties.
