Evidence of collusion between the Russians and the Trump campaign in 2016 is extensive, and very well documented.

Even Fox talking heads admit it now.

The Stone trial confirmed that the Trump campaign knew about the Russian hacks of the DNC server, and that Stone coordinated thier use through WikIleaks, which served as the cut out for the GRU.

The Trump Tower meeting happened. Hardly “shaky and unsupported.”

Mueler found no evidence of Russian collusion by ANYONE in the Trump campaign.

Intelligence agencies first learned about it from George Papadopolous, who bragged about it in a bar.

The Stone trial detailed how it worked, and how Stone and Assange served as cut outs.

The topic of this thread is Russian activity in Afghanistan. There is little reason to doubt this report. It’s consistant with the Russian strategy of asymetrical warfare.

Good lord TomFitz, your sources and you are so uninformed. In early 2015, the NSA told the FBI and other agencies of the DNC hack. Papadopoulos had nothing to do with informing the IC of the DNC hacks.

Foreign diplomacy is far too complicated to leave decision making to civilian amateurs or to idiots in the military like Lieutenincompetent Herr Vindmann, for example. JFK abandoned US-backed freedom fighters in the Bay of Pigs and he received lots of criticism for that. But we should allow leaders to make those hard decisions if possible because we cannot possibly know all the secrets and facts which must be taken into consideration by chief executives whose job it is to make those decisions.
