After Russia's treatment of Shell and their inpending actions against TKN-BP,
Would you actually trust the Russians to take your money for shares in their banking industry and not change the rules at a later date to nullify your shareholding and subsequently leave you with a loss.
I would never again trusr Russia after having lost a considerable amount of money I had invested in a Russian Company.

We did not read the documents regulating mutual relations of the Russian companies and the companies western - means we can not approve for certain that someone has broken items of these documents.
Let's operate with documents and the facts instead of that we have thought up, let even have thought up on the basis of the experience. I do not think that in the USA all the companies and the organizations ALWAYS differed honesty.
Otherwise it is necessary to assume that in Russia people are more immoral than in the USA. And it not so, most likely.
