Rush Calls Volt, Prius an "AIDS Ribbon" more great nuggets

Interesting too, as the Dems claim to be the protectors of the down trodden and less gifted amongst us... but now we learn they're Rush's audience!!!! ROTFLOL.

Republicans are nothing more then a protector of corporate interests and big business...

just like the first oil embargo, people traded in paid for cars for smaller, more economical cars. What they gained in lower fuel bills, they more than lost in monthly payments....

Yep. I have a v8 truck (paid for) and I have looked at getting a more economical vehicle, but I would pretty much have to get a Vespa to make the monthly monetary outflow the same. According to Excel, at least. This is without factoring insurance which would no doubt go up.

lol... My guess is rush has a pretty good cross section, with a ton of entrepreneurs among his audience.

Actually, its probably more efficient to just buy a motorcycle if you want to reduce gas mileage than it is to get an electric car.

Not as safe though.

Nor it is as useful. The goal is to use less and keep the perks... not use less and lose space.
