Disclaimer, I used to "know" Ron Jeremy back in the 80's when I was shooting and/or editing 80's "Hair Band" music videos.
One of the bigger producers was a jerk named Bob Gallagher who had an outfit called Movie Makers, Inc. that shot music vids and produced cheesy Florida "spring break" movies, which were basically late night cable movies based around chicks in bikinis.

And Bob and Ron were best buddies and roommates, and Bob would insert Ron into funny cheesy cameo roles, like this one where he's the bus driver for Nitro's big tour.

I won't argue about Ron's looks in his early years, except to say that at least back then a good many women deemed his looks "acceptable".
I think that as he got older and his looks deteriorated, he must have been frustrated and given over to behaving inappropriately, because back when I was working for Bob, and seeing Ron on the periphery, he didn't behave inappropriately for the simple reason, he didn't have to.
The women he was with sought him out...ergo any behavior was what it was...they wanted him and he obliged.

And it looks like as he got older and uglier, I guess the gals stopped seeking him out and pursuing him, and I guess he didn't deal with that very well.
I bet he's wishing he'd shuffled off this mortal coil back around the time Bob Gallagher did.
I would have to say that, of the two, Bob Gallagher was probably the more evil because Bob always looked like a troll, and behaved like one, too.
