There is absolutely no reason for Rep Adam Schiff to resign from office, NONE AT ALL.

RNC Chair needs to get fellow Republicans, those in Congress, to find their spines or grow some cajones, if figuratively, and quit letting the worst freaking president ever have political cover.

Then Trump should resign because he obviously attempted to obstruct justice - and lied, repeatedly. That's fair isn't it?

I'm a big believer in leading from the front. The head of government should resign for dishonesty first before any third-tier politician.

Indeed. Even on collusion it is hard to say Schiff 'lied'. He turned out to be wrong about some things but this does not rest all on him - everyone thought there was more to it.

But there's still enough to hang the president - under any normal circumstances. The Trump campaign attempted to 'collude' on many occasions:

"So when Mueller concludes that he “did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities,” he is not saying that there is no evidence of “collusion” at all, in any sense. What he is saying is that there is insufficient evidence to prove that the Trump administration was directly involved in Russian crimes like stealing Clinton’s emails.

But did the Trump campaign actively work with the Russian government to improve its electoral chances? If that’s the standard, then the report provides plenty of evidence to suggest the answer is yes."
 

If anything, what the report demonstrates is that the legal standard for conspiracy is too far removed from common usuage. But the bits that Congress can and should go after him for are the other high crimes and misdemeanors identified in the report. It’s worse than watergate. I’m currently reading on page 254 that Trump offered K.T. McFarland the ambassadorship to Singapore in exchange for a false witness statement.

Yes the is. He had the truth in front of him from classified sharing with the Special Counsel, and he still lied, thereby using his position of ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee to make it seem as if he was speaking the truth.

Then there is the leaking...
 
No! He should not resign. I want to see his evidence of Collusion. He needs to show us all......immediately. We have heard for a very long time how he has it, so its time to show us the evidence HE was able to find, that Mueller was unable to locate.

He is a lying sack of filth. But let's say, hypothetically, that he did not lie. Still, to be the head of the House Intelligence Committee and be so wronng for so long, that alone should disqualify him.

But here is the thing: How is it that simple folk like me knew the truth all along and he did not. Let us use some common sense: There is not the slightest reason for Trump to even consider colluding with Russians. He is a billionaire, who reportedly did not even want to win at first. There was not the slightest incentive for him to collude with Russians. He is not wired that way.

I suggest that you guys listen to this:

 

Then your reading McFarlands piece wrong. She didn't want to follow through with a request because she didn't want their to seem to be quid pro quo. Where is the false witness statement you claim?
