It's not racist if they check driver's license ID numbers with a database for citizenship status. An automated system could do that and reject registration with no human involvement. The system forces people to register by mail if no driver's license is on file, which requires other identification like SSN that can similarly verify citizenship.

RCP is crap. They don't pay attention to the quality of the polls being included. Garbage in=garbage out. One of the reasons FiveThirtyEight has always had a better track record is that they evaluate the quality of the pollsters. They understand the process of polling. It's kind of like determining viewership for a convention by only looking at C-Span. Doesn't tell you anything of importance.

If you want to watch something without cutaways for commentary, you go to C-SPAN or other streaming. That proves nothing about where you are politically.
