At last information about construction of Chinese cellular communications complexes in current Belarus has leaked out in the media. And it has turned out that this is the dual-use systems.
The matter is that it is planned to construct special objects for it near the city of Lohojask, Belarus located in the center of Europe, which makes it possible for China to direct electronic reconnaissance of all strategic objects of our European countries! Moreover, taking into account Lukashenko’s uncertainty in political affair we, Europeans, should fear uncontrollable spreading data of these complexes, including their coming in hands of some terrorist organizations.
