I don't understand why that's not free speech itself.
Who gives the right the authority to cancel it? We didn't do the killing,. We're just giving our opinions. Isn't that something Charlie would have been fighting for.

Yep. Who cares about those morons. They just effectively exposed themselves too. It's definitely not the way to tone things down. They make it very obvious to me that the MAGA crowd is not interested in toning anything down.

Do they even realize that this action may very well cause violence. If I got fired for saying something about Kirk's death, I'd be rather pissed at my boss.

Which is what they presumably want.

When MAGAs scream holy hell about free speech, what they really mean is that they want to have their freedom to speak without suffering any consequences. But they couldn't give a shit about anyone else's rights or what threats to their privacy or safety they might face. I mean we've seen it on this message board. I got news for you, no offense of course, I want America to see my true colors. The things I have said about Kirk is in no way celebrating. Letting people know what a real jerk he had been is my intent. I never cared if he lived or not. He was despicable. I am not ever going to respect a person like that, dead or alive.

That’s what the OP is, groups of “tough guys” so upset that not everyone is streaming tears of sadness that they feel it’s worth seeking said individuals and threatening to kill them.
