I don't think you really have any credibility to talk about whether something is a "hit" piece given the very many ugly things and tragedies you gleefully run to politicize.

At any rate, the "plan" shows why loudmouth Republicans simply cannot be trusted to govern. They want to sabotage it and destruct it. And all these local GOP efforts to protect and promote racism show part of the reason why. Their obedience to the richest of the rich interests shows the rest.

And he wants "term limits" for federal workers. Why? What does that accomplish? Why don't private sector firms have 'term limits' and arbitrarily fire those with a given level of experience? Oh, right, that would be idiotic, so why is it different for the federal workforce?

He says, "today's Democrat [sic] Party" is trying to rig elections, but that's a lie. There's no evidence of that, and is the classic case of projection. Fact is the Democrats are advantaged with more turnout, the GOP with less, so the GOP want less. More turnout isn't rigging anything, it's just that when more vote, the GOP does worse so they are doing what they can to put up barriers to voting, like they've done for years, including effectively criminalizing voter registration drives.

The point about 'packing the courts' was nonsense. The one thing that will last decades after Trump is gone are the huge numbers of federal judges at all levels he got jammed through in 4 years. He must think packing the court means naming anyone not on the Federalist Society short list.
