In what way is my reply being vague???? It is a concise summary of what my link stated. No you posted an article. I responded specifically to the articles claims and you stuck to your vague reply.
Because you aren't responding specifically to my post where I showed your article wasn't accurate. If you are right then you should be able to tell me where I was wrong in that post right? In what way is my reply being vague???? It is a concise summary of what my link stated.
Healthy living is a good thing but does not eliminate the need for vaccines.
It may not be perfect but it will always be better than doing nothing but listen to idiots like rfk.How could this be? Probably the antivaxxers fault.
Majority of mumps cases are among the vaccinated, CDC finds
As many as 94 percent of children and adolescents who contracted the highly contagious virus had been vaccinated.

During these outbreaks, people who previously had 1 or 2 doses of MMR vaccine can still get mumps. Experts aren't sure why vaccinated people still get mumps, but some evidence suggests that:
Disease symptoms are milder and complications are less frequent in vaccinated people. High vaccination coverage also helps to limit the size, duration, and spread of mumps outbreaks. So, it's still very important to be up to date on MMR vaccine.
- Some people's immune systems may not respond as well as they should to the vaccine.
- The mumps vaccine may produce antibodies (proteins created by the body's immune system to help fight infections) that are not as effective against wild-type virus strains.
- In some people, antibodies from mumps vaccination may decrease overtime, until they no longer protect the person from mumps.
- As most people are not routinely exposed to mumps, there is less immunologic boosting (where people are exposed to mumps which boosts their immunity, but they do not get sick).

Understandable response from you. You cannot deny what is said only pretend to laugh at it.
How could this be
The answer is within the article from 2021 that you posted.circulation of genotypes the vaccine doesn’t contain
I'm laughing at you making excuses for how 94% of of kids who got the vaccine STILL got the mumps.Understandable response from you. You cannot deny what is said only pretend to laugh at it.

Plus, we don’t know how many of those kids had both doses of the MMR vaccine, when they had them (how long ago), what their specific health conditions are, etc.88 percent effective against the disease

Yep.As I wrote...he doesnt understand what he posted, as usual. He doesnt have even a basic grasp of Epidemiology 101 and cant understand what he reads. He's led by partisan dogma alone.
Not an excuse. It is a fact of diseases that they mutate and change. Vaccines need to be up to date and people need to get full vaccinations. All you are doing is pointing to the fact that a vaccine is not a 100% cure for all time. but then no one ever claimed they were except for anti vaxxers who then only point out where they have failed.I'm laughing at you making excuses for how 94% of of kids who got the vaccine STILL got the mumps.
The unlimited gravy train for big pharma is over. They will still make plenty of money, but they are in big trouble withNot an excuse. It is a fact of diseases that they mutate and change. And you actually expect an idiot like rfk or a corrupt president to actually do any of this? The unlimited gravy train for big pharma is over. They will still make plenty of money, but they are in big trouble with
-a new vaccine reporting system coming
-going back to gold standard science
-radical transparency and publishing the data that used to be hidden
-demanding replication in studies(big uh oh for big pharma since most of their "studies" are fake and are just tailored to sell medications)
-no more aluminum in vaccines(even bigger uh oh for big pharma)
Look at the rabid vaxers doing their very best(while failing miserably) to spin how 94% of kids who got the vaccine STILL got the mumps!
Maybe they need some boosters
