Here is some food for thought about the modern, post-Obama America and its political discourse:

If you are at all interested in sources of Poll error, it is well worth the read.

The major difference between Retribution Polls and other polls, is the known political bias of the source, and the nature of the initial to data being collected.

A CNN poll is very likely to be connected to a Retribution action group, due to the extreme bias and hatred expressed by the news organization.

A Trafalgar Group Poll is much less likely to become connected to a Retribution action group, though it is still possibly by various highly illegal packet sniffer data interception methods.

In a "Normal" poll, the polling agency reaches out to the person polled. The polling agency controls the initiative and inclusion of any given person.

In a Informal Poll, the people being polled are seeking a chance to add their opinion to a poll. Yes, there is a chance that such a poll can be "Stacked" or Biased, by a small group of people accessing the poll participation repeatedly. But! It is very expensive to due so, since the MACID is used to validate first time participation, and locks out future attempts. It is possible to have Server Farm setup with hundreds of different MACIDs, which can be sequentially used, but there methods to detect and eliminate such attempts and it usually results in legal actions.

It is also possible to Capture others valid MACIDs and falsely mis-use them, but this is much, much more illegal, as it looks like credit card fraud, and Multiple Thousands of people in just the U.S. have full time jobs pursuing them, so it is much more expensive.

Because of these reasons, it is possible that Informal Polls, in which participation is initiated by those who are contributing to the poll, and Retribution fears are somewhat mollified, get a better sampling cross section of the public, and are therefore more accurate.

Here is yet another story about fake-polls, and how the left / msm attempts to create a type of self-fulfilling prophesy by the abuse of Polls:

The polls are not reliable, and may never be again, due to the Abuses and Illegal actions of the Left.

I do not want Antifa to insure my house is fire-bombed or my pet poisoned, because I dared be honest with a telephone call polling question, to as a Conservative / Trump Supporter, I do not respond to polls, EVER.

I do not want to reported to the IRS for Fake-accusations of tax-fraud, or child abuse.

Lefties do not have such worries, because Conservatives do not do such things. There is not Conservative equivalent to Antifa

The Left Cannot, MUST not be Trusted.
