He is making a statement. He does have the right to not serve a patron, just like BLM has the right to burn down his business and give him a beat down for trying. The cops probably won't come until it's over.

I'd start a pool on how long before his business is burned down and/or he is murdered.

Refusing to serve all black people, regardless of their beliefs or actions, is a blatant violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act that prohibits discrimination in public accommodation businesses on race. He can kiss his businesses license goodbye. He can refuse to serve supporters of BLM opr people who are rowdy but he cannot refuse to serve all black people regardless of their actions or beliefs.

He does not have the right based on race.
 

Aw, he's just giving them a chewing out. He's safe. I've heard lots of black businessmen and women giving the rioters holy hell, even some pols, and no one does anything to them.
 

He doesn't have the right to deny a customer based on RACE which is what he is doing.
