The reality is that he's vastly exaggerated his net worth for decades, and not much of it is liquid. One reason he doesn't want to publicly release his taxes is because it will almost certainly show how much he lies about his wealth.
However, the most conservative estimates of his net worth suggest he's worth over $2 billion. He really should have no problem loaning or giving $100 million to his campaign.
He doesn't need big donors, and taking donor funds is corrupt, and he's said he's wealthy enough to fund his campaign, so... now he's basically begging for campaign cash. It's just more Trump snow-job bull****.
