Republicans mount shock comeback, erase Democrats’ edge in eyes of Americans

Can you give me some examples of that?

Yes, social security checks would be one example of robbing Peter to pay Paul. As would medicare, and medicaid. Those are a few examples of what I'm talking about.

Life long dependence is not solving problems.

your are correct I don't doubt that at all, because there is no merchandize to stop them, state power in our federal government has been lost with the 17th.

however what I state is in fact true..... according to "correct" constitutional law.

so I understand the reality, but I speak in terms of the constitution, ..not the court, or congress usurpation of power.

if Madison states the constitution was created to be mixed, the court, is without words, because Madison laid the foundation of the constitution, ....and a man knows his own creation.

where you fail is state governments are not prohibited from engaging in these actions, you show a zeal for.

however the federal government has no authority to engage is such activity because it is not a delegated power.

Technically, SS was supposed to be peter saving up to pay peter, only it got ****ed up because the government was running it. Also, because average lifespan after retirement increased.

Yeah, the former would be called "a bank account".

SS was supposed to be a money maker for the government.

during that time, life expectancy was 65, and a person retired at 62.. shows the government in their thinking believed more would be paid into the system then going out.

Which only goes to show that the government is incapable of long-term planning, and thus should never have been allowed to try it's hand at any.

All the people in charge are forced to think in terms of reelections, and everything else is subordinate to that. Thus, so long as it gets them re-elected, it's good. Even if it's bad 2 decades later.

The GOP has a had a few good days with the polls..
The GOP policy of not insuring 40 some million people who are uninsured continues..
The House simply voted to kill ACA again today, with 3 dozen vulnerable Dems..
How much has the GOP spent to meme meme make the ACA fail .

Not enough. It's still there.eace

Junk Insurance = Bankrupcy..
Didn't even read your five-word quip you sent me Jack--but needed to tell you--compared to my four sentences..
As AP told me, just pass me by as I pass you by..
Most of you leftovers from Politico on DP are rightists and pre--anti--Obama..
Remember ABO..For Obama, it is still Against Brutal Odds .

Not enough. It's still there.eace

I don't know if that will win an election, but it sure as hell is how things need to be.

We have been diminished as individuals by this unconstitutional tyrannical act. People with their hands out are always grateful to politicians who will force their neighbors to pay for the things the takers want.

What we all should do, every one of us is cancel our insurance policies. We should arrange with doctors where we live to see us for a reasonable cash payment. No more insurance. No more government. No more crony capitalism.

Not as much as Obama paid to build the most expensive website in the world, that didn't even work. And guess what he's still spending millions, to try and fix it. All at the tax payers expense.

You asked a question. I answered. That's the reason this site exists. I'm not a passer by.eace

If the voters in Virginia want to drive out the achievers who can move I say let them. Virginia will soon match Detroit for its population growth, promised government services, taxes and unmatched misery.

We must win the Article V fight in 2/3rds of the States. But in the meantime arm up.

In Lt. Governor Bill Bolling, Repubs had a potential candidate who would have beaten McAuliffe 60% - 40%.eace

Linc, let me run this by you. Yesterday AM at the gas station I ran into a old friend of mine who use to work at Ft. McPherson and when it closed down went up to Ft. Bragg with me. He is a staunch Democrat and when I asked him about Obamacare, he backs it 100%. Buth he shook his head and said something akin to, "You know the Republicans have been ignoring those without insurance for years and years. Now we are ignoring those who lost their insurance because of Obamacare."

He is all for the ACA, but he was pretty disturbed with this "Oh well" attitude most of his fellow Democrats have been showing towards those who lost their insurance.

We should fight every fight. So far the establishment Republicans have covered themselves with dishonor. Or do you believe we should only fight the battles we know we can win?

I believe you are part of the problem.

Do not give in to evil but proceed ever more boldly against it.

LOL. Yeah, uh-huh. Democrats are no longer Socialists. Obamacare is unconstitutional. It is theft. If it and this regime stands then the nation falls.

Obama is a Marxist. He uses the tools available to him, in this case unconstitutional acts and crony capitalism. That does not lessen his reasons for hating Americans, liberty, and free markets.

Repubs should only fight battles they have a chance to win. I believe you are a lefty imposter infiltrating their ranks to disseminate destructive advice.eace
