what is an overabundance of guns? most gun crime is committed by people who are committing a serious federal felony by merely possessing a gun. tell me how your desire to ban privately owned firearms is a "conservative value"

just to point out that syria and afghanistan have lower gun death rates than the US. When do you plan to move their since they are obviously safer than the US?

The problem is the US has more mass murders than 3rd world nations. When countries like Venezuela have to issue travel warnings about the US it's pretty embarrasing.

it wouldn't have-that was stupid and unconstitutional but it was far less than a democrat president with a democrat senate majority would have done. Democrats are responsible for bump stocks-if the hughes amendment had not be improperly attached to the MVFAOPA, bump stocks never would have shown up

Yeah..you keep claiming that. but we HAD a democrat president and a Democrat Controlled congress... and no increase in gun control from it. Though in 2008 there were 8 mass shootings of notoriety. In 2009 there were 8 notable mass shootings. We then had another 8 years of a democrat as president.

Kasich is no longer a Republican, hasn't been anything more than a RINO in a while. I would bet he will run for some office as a democrat shortly.

Name one reliable source reporting his IQ over 150. Shouldn't be hard if you heard numerous.

Many liberal judges were appointed by "conservative" republicans. Souter, Stevens, Sandra day o'conner, Earl "the pearl" warren. Bush also tried to appoint liberal harriet miers.

what it shows is that GOP appointees aren't as likely to vote along party lines as Democrat appointees

Well.. i would argue that the definition of liberal and conservative.. generally has little meaning on the supreme court.. as it has little meaning now in society.

Scalia is generally thought of as a conservative member of the court. but many of his decisions.. like Hobby Lobby, Raich, and Citizens united were exceeding liberal and expanded the power of government.
