The reference to silent majority was not specifically Ted Cruz supporters but those who see themselves as conservative. They are those who represent the angry voters who have come out this time to the primaries and have rejected every candidate they saw as establishment running this cycle. They are the voters who were fed up with John Boehner's leadership in the House and McConnell's leadership in the Senate and fed up with the Republicans who were voting with Democrats to pass legislation that was contrary to what they promised their constituents they would do. Many of these sellout votes were coming from representatives/senators in NE states, five of which Trump took handily in Tuesday's primary.
But hey, I'll let Cruz explain to you why Boehner had to resign.
When Boehner called Cruz Lucifer while endorsing Trump his texting/golfing buddy and good friend, proves who the real outsider is in this race and it ain't Trump. People have been played.
Boehner: Trump my golfing and texting buddy, Cruz ?Lucifer in the Flesh?
Well I can assure you Cruz team has plenty of ads running on radio and TV.
Also local talk radio has been buzzing. One host's name is Greg Garrison. He happens to be the former prosecutor in the rape charges that convicted Mike Tyson. You see the rapes occurred in Indiana. The first rape was a 17 year old girl. Tyson spent over three years in prison for that one. The second occurred 6 months after he was let out of prison. Seems that Mike Tyson endorsed Donald Trump the same night Billy Knight endorsed Trump. At the rally Trump brought up being endorsed by "Iron Mike" and he was pleased to get his endorsement even bragging how he likes endorsements from tough guys. You could say Trump really stepped in it. You see the Tyson rape trials were like Indiana's OJ Simpson trial. The former prosecutor now talk radio host took issue with Trump bragging about an endorsement from a convicted rapist. Seems there has been some blowback by Hoosiers over Trump's remarks.

You know what they say, all politics are local.
And on local talk radio today, Gov. Pence endorsed Ted Cruz. I noticed CNN carried it live. Cruz sure has been barnstorming the state. He has 5 events today
Oh Clownboy, you aren't going to like this.
More good news for Ted!
Another state poll released this afternoon has Cruz ahead of Trump by 16 pts. with a margin of error of 4.9.

Clearly, you don't understand what he was doing. Unless the point you are making is that any change at all is good, just as long as there is change. So, if conservatives want to limit the size of government and debt, they should just vote for bills that do the opposite, because it is some kind change, even though it is for the worst.Perhaps the majority of Republicans are upset at Washington because instead of actually bringing around change, they just don't do anything as an act of protest(Cruz).
That is very simple minded thinking. I can't imagine what kind of people would think that way. Most people are looking to nominate someone that will actually do something. Ted Cruz and his ilk do nothing but collect checks while reading children's books, completely ignoring what is job is.
I honestly don't necessarily dislike Carly. I like her much more than Clinton.
I think it's political though, Carly is an "outsider" like Trump with a business background like him. The difference is I think she's more articulate, polite, and intelligent compared to Trump.
I've almost lost faith in Republicans. They're being manipulated by a small-minded demagogue (Trump) who has no chance in the national election. They're committing political suicide because they're thinking with their anger and resonating with a blowhard. If the GOP or the voters in the GOP allow Trump to get the ticket I don't think I could ever vote Republican. The only other thing is I also really dislike the Dem platform and both their candidates too... I'd take a Cruz-Fiorina presidency over Trump, Clinton, or Sanders one any day.

So, I'm sure you were upset with Obama for not signing a bill that repealed Obamacare, because that would be change and he should be for that kind of thing.
That is very simple minded thinking. I can't imagine what kind of people would think that way.

Tell me how this has any merit when it has literally nothing to do with the job you are employed to do. This rat faced, troll looking scum has no reason to hold his position any longer, let alone the Presidency of the United States.
Merit? Um... it's a filibuster... you do know what that is, don't you?
It sounds like you need to check Cruz's resume, or you wouldn't be making such ignorant statements about his qualifications. Try to get something right.
This isn't a filibuster. It is a complete and utter waste of taxpayer's funds. This has nothing to do with the issue at hand.
Yeah Bobby Knight is a tough guy like Mike Tyson "Iron Mike" Trump loves endorsements from tough guys, he told us so..... even when they are a convicted serial rapist.
And who was convicted of the rapes in Indianapolis where Trump was holding his rally. Trust me, he is getting a lot of bad press locally for his remarks.
