Reporting Criminal Activity

I would indeed report any abusive behavior that infringes on the rights of others, and have done so on a handful of occassions.

If you observed dangerous/suspicious criminal activity, would you call the cops?

Examples:

Neighbor beating his wife
Woman beating her child
Someone who appears to be a peeping tom, prowler, or burglar snooping around your neighbor's house
Gang activity in your neighborhood
Drug sales in your nieghborhood
Shots fired in your neighborhood
etc.

The only ones I wouldn't call the cops on are the woman beating her kid and shots fired in my neighborhood. The kid beating would depend on how it was done and severity. Shots are fired in my neighborhood all the time as I'm in a very rural area - so no problem there.
