Yes, her murder was tragic, a loss for one of the last breaths of journalistic freedom from within the USSR.

That should have read

"Democratic Russia"

It is all too easy to shed crocodile tears after the removal of a thorn in ones side as Anna Politkovskaya was to Putin / Chechen Prime Minister Ramzan Kadyrov ( A Russian Puppet) / another Puppet, Chechnya's pro-Moscow President, Alu Alkhanov.

Unfortunately the above is not true, Russian administrators will make absolutely no effort whatsoever in attempting to bring her murderer to justice, they already know who killed her, but to bring him to an open trial would be to risk the Putin Government.
