The Romanian hacker, “Guccifer,” who first exposed Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server, was extradited to the United States in March. Marcel Lehel Lazar (that’s his real name) was believed to have posted emails that were sent to then-Secretary of State Clinton on the internet, including correspondence from close Clinton advisor Sidney Blumenthal. Lazar was brought to the United States, just as reports indicate that the FBI investigation into Clinton’s email server is in in full swing...
Lazar made his initial appearance in federal court last week. He is charged with wire fraud, cyberstalking, identify theft, unauthorized access to computers and obstruction of justice.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that there is “not even the remotest chance” she will be arrested over her use of a private email server, and said that it’s only a “fantasy” for Republicans.
Clinton talked about the email dustup during an interview with Matt Lauer which aired Friday morning on NBC’s Today. The interview was held at a Bronx diner, where Clinton is campaigning in the New York Democratic presidential primary.
Looks like Obama is going to punish this guy hard for exposing the queen.
Here's a clue: if Hillary had never set up a server like that in the first place then it wouldn't have been able to get hacked.
Her emails didn't get hacked.
"I have no doubt in my mind that this thing was penetrated by multiple foreign powers, to assume otherwise is to put blinders on,” said Bob Gourley, the chief technology officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency
As was previously reported here, there is real concern for the security of Hillary Clinton’s private email server. Ari Fleischer, former Presidential Press Secretary, believes that her emails were likely in the hands of foreign powers.
Now, that belief seems to have been confirmed. Western Journalism reports:
The “consumer grade” company that hosted Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email domain was hacked in 2010. Furthermore, its data was rerouted to Ukraine, according to a report.
Clinton’s problems have been compounded by the fact that Network Solutions was hacked in 2010, when Clinton was using its services. “We have received reports that Network Solutions customers are seeing malicious code added to their websites, and we are really sorry for this experience,” a company spokesperson said at the time.
Canadian-based domain registration expert Bill Sweetman told The Blaze it was a grave mistake for Clinton to conduct her business in this matter. “If you’re someone that is concerned about security of your data, you don’t go and register your domain name with a consumer-oriented registrar like Network Solutions or GoDaddy,” Sweetman said.
Her emails didn't get hacked.
Ahhhh, DoJ getting ready to pull the ole scapegoat trick! This let's Hillary off. Uh huh.
