"Rent is Too Damn High" candidate sues Board of Elections again - NYPOST.com

The state Board of Elections was too damn polite.
And unsuccessful gubernatorial candidate Jimmy McMillan is so damn upset about it, he's suing the board for $350 million.
The founder of "The Rent is Too Damn High Party" is outraged that in 2006, when he ran for governor, and three years later, when he ran for mayor, the board took the world "Damn" off his ballot line.
"It's a violation of constitutional rights," McMillan told The Post yesterday at the Brooklyn federal courthouse.
Acting as his own attorney, McMillan insisted he's undeterred that a judge tossed an earlier, $50 million suit.

"We know we're going to win," he said

You gotta be kiddin' me. Why does an entire race of people get a bad rap over someone suing the board of elections? No one thinks that white people as a whole get a bad rap because Michael Richards hurled a bunch of racial slurs on stage at a comedy club.

Rather than compartmentalizing people based on race, look at their actions first. If the guy happened to be white, you wouldn't be saying the same thing. C'mon, man. Let's not go down that road.

I do not see anything racial in this EXCEPT the guy is black. This is very similar to lawsuits in where athiests sue to get anything God-related out of the government.
Or how ACLJ tried to get anything God-related into government.

Look I think what he is doing is foolish. I dont see how the lawsuit is really that constructive. The word "damn" is a unnecesary word in a title for a Party. It should NOT be taken seriously. But there are people of all races that have come up with ignorant lawsuits. Heck.... even corporations have come up with lawsuits where they feel goofy things are UNlawful.

I can somewhat see what he is saying even though he is wrong. Black "leaders" DO have a tendancy to have foolish and racist requests themselves. I just dont feel THIS is one of them.
