He's running. As close as the race is, his 1% could maybe win it for Reid.
I dont know why any one isn't supporting the guy who dare even I say, seemed to make sense when he talked and had real issues on the table and ready to discuss. Instead the left is arguing that the right is crooked for trying to persuade a candidate to drop out with intent of political favors, and the right saying the left is done for. Actually. All of this is pretty stupid. I've come to realize no one cares to think sensibly. Either side is all or nothing. And if your none of those, you ruin it all. And don't tell me that's what the tea party is. The tea party is comprised of neoconservative, bible belt christians, whites, oft ill informed (obama is a muslim and radical christian or obama is responsible for fixing the economy but better keep his nose out of the economy) individuals. And people who talk about the constitution as if they read it, let alone understand it. With that said, do I think the government spends too much money? Yup. On Defense, and politicians salaries. And NASA (that should totally be a private enterprise worthy of making $$$$). Do I think the government is too big? As long as the expansion is to shelter our freedoms and liberties. Do I notice something like a larger outrage against a mosque in NYC than a "pastor" who wants to burn holy books. Yup.
Yeah I'm liberal. I'm progressive. I'm socially accepting of absolute equal rights whether to civil liberties, unions, or discourse.
I am not a liberal. I am not a progressive, nor am I a poster for those former mentioned rights. I am a fan of common sense through and through. There is no sense in protesting a mosque in the United States. Seems counter productive. If Muslims disapproved of us wouldnt they be protesting our churches. Wouldn't they be the ones burning bibles. I would if there was as much of an overall lack of tolerance toward my religion. Which is none. Which means I am incapable of running this nation. Because I don't beleive in a book. A rewritten, retranslated, recycled book. Actually because I have that point of view. Many people can not take me seriously. While I can sit through grace without laughing at the fact a bunch of people are sitting in a circle mumbling at air without mentioning it. The second many find out of my "unsaved" status, I can not be taken seriously.
Enough. Enough trying to talk sense into any one. Even the ****ing people who agree with me. My mouth is closed. My fingers rested. Time to ****ing take a break.
