Real life obama care story

Why yes, a fixed point would be a good start, which is exactly why I'm not attributing increases to any one thing. Since we haven't established that fixed point, I don't know why you speak of my lack of attribution as a bad thing.

But maybe you should emulate that, and not attribute cost increases and decreases until you have established a fixed point at which to begin, or maybe even take the OP to task for not doing so.
I apologize. I think offering a decline in the rate of increase is a very misleading measure. In this particular instance, it's roughly the equivalent of a doctor telling someone, "Congratulations. You're not dying quite as fast as we thought."

That would be true if I claimed it was a good thing and not subject to criticism. But I didn't do that

I merely pointed out that fact to counter someone's claim to the opposite. Someone claimed that cost increases had sped up since passage of PPACA, which is untrue. Instead of criticizing that person for doing the exact thing you claim you object to, you let that go by and criticized me, even though I did not do what you're objecting to.

No Socialism is not better

Will America be able to continue to go trillions and trillions further into debt? No

Will the 125 trillion unfunded liabilities (not including the unfunded liabilities of ObamaCare) be paid for? NO

The only question is: what will be the outcome?

Translation: Even though the data says otherwise, I still insist that other countries have worse health care!

Unfunded liability is a meaningless term that allows you to make up literally any number desired in order to scare you. Congratulations on buying into it.

To be honest, I didn't read the post you were responding to. You haven't been hanging out with Vern, have you? Just asking out of mild curiosity...

Oh, lighten up. You already accepted a surrender that was never offered or contemplated..

You're the one who is getting bent out of shape.

My posts have been light-hearted and free of insults.

Yours....not so much

Au contraire. I remain my normal shape. I hope my reference to another poster was not insulting. It was meant in the most innocuous manner possible. I have absolutely not touched the rate of increase in aggression button here in, well, months. It may no longer work. I dunno.

Unfunded liability is a meaningless term
I suppose I must agree, there is no intention of ever paying these future debts. That is the nature of a ponzi scheme?
