CNN said they would broadcast the tune-in ratings between the RNC and the DNC. Does someone have the numbers? Am curious,
 
i heard on NPR that the total numbers were 35 million for the RNC, and 33 million for the DNC. the DNC convention beat RNC numbers on three of the four nights, and did better than their previous convention. that's from memory, though, so the numbers might be slightly off.

We figured the numbers would be close, with the RNC being ahead as Trump is considered a novelty and there would be more interest.

my guess is that he was the big night for the RNC. i'm not sure which night the DNC lost. they might have said in the NPR piece, but i was tired from the work week and driving, so i don't remember. pretty sure about the 35 / 33 mil total, though.
