Where was this posted on DP?Young pregnant white woman accused of being a racist for trying to take a scooter away from a group of young black men. Pause, rewind. Seems once again the media and democrats jumped on a viral video without having any of the facts correct. A young pregnant white woman who was getting off work from her nursing job, attempted to take an electric scooter home from work. Presto, racism and accusations of this behavior as "the kind of racist behavior that young black men have faced for decades". Civil rights attorney Ben Crump called the woman a racist and said this was all about racism. Problem is the facts when they were made public clearly showed the woman had in fact rented the scooter, (there are receipts) and it was the groups of young black men who were harassing her and attempting to "steal" (the term the left was using in referencing the white woman), the scooter from the woman. The receipts clearly show who rented the scooter and who had the legal right to be using it. Have there been any apologies? NO. Ben Crump deleted his statement, but didn't apologize.
Racism? Seems to work both ways when the left jumps on a story that they don't bother to verify the facts or even contact the people involved. Racist? The left, as this is the type of claims they make on a regular basis every time an "incident" involving black and white folks comes to light without bothering to check the facts.
So the woman was wrongly accused and I haven't heard any comments regarding the obviously wrongful behavior of the groups of young black men. I guess it was just good clean fun.
Until we stop jumping to conclusions and deliberately making false claims we will never fix this.

Race Hustlers can't help themselves. It's Pavlovian. An opportunist lawyer like Crump should have known better than to defame someone without knowing the full story.
