Wrong as usual. You are arguing absurdity. There are different reasons for stopping than for that of searching. Failing to use a turn signal is a valid reason to stop a vehicle.IF the officer reasons/suspicions for the stop were valid... then an illegal item would be found.
The three reasons for searching are:
1. Voluntary agreement.
2. Reasonable suspicion.
3. Probable cause.
#3 is likely to lead to contraband being found, but not all searches are predicated on #3.
And since it is clear you didn't read the information you might want to check out how many thought/felt the stops were unjustified. It is not a high number at all.
(Not that how a person feels about their own stop matters one bit. Especially given, you know, all those false claims we hear being reported from blacks)
iLOL This is nothing more than unsupportable bs on your part. Go figure, just as everythign else has been.Certainly more so than your opinion that is not based on well.. anything. All other info? No, that is a dishonest reply. And no, a study does not make something a confirmed reality.
Hmmm?Hmmm
iLOL
What you provided does not negate what I said, does it? Even blacks are afraid of blacks.
It is not even relevant as it does not even address what we are speaking about. Fear of the other race.
What you provided is a fear of "increased scrutiny, surveillance and even direct targeting", though black females did not feel the same way. Go figure.
And given the actual stats that show black males are more violent than white males this is understandable.
I also suggest you use what you provided to come to a better understanding of what studies do as clearly it was reported, it "suggests", not proves.
:lamo You have no evidence that says whites are more likely to cross the street than blacks are.umm yep.. all that more likely to be done by a white person.
Doh! You have no point again.well perhaps not robbery.
from the FBI.. those arrested:
For rape.. 12187 White
5182 were black
Aggravated assault White: 188807 Black 101513

You might want to break that down by respective population and even by the amount of those offenses committed on each other's race to understand just why blacks in this case are generally more of a threat. But given the fact that you do not understand the significance of those type of break downs, I doubt it will help you.
And you are using arrest data (iLOL), not actual conviction data. Doh! Arrest ≠ Conviction.
Come back when you have the actual data to compare and I will again explain what you do not understand.
