I think the World Cup should be moved out of the US completelyThe world cup is going to have to be moved from LA. The cities leadership is a joke and its basically now a third world country.

Yep. I thought about going to the final, but I'm not paying $100s of dollars to potentially get hassled. It's bad enough I have to walk around with a passport card.I would encourage all darker skinned people to avoid this event. The risk is too high that some 20-something CBP agent with 75 minutes of training under his belt will decide that your lawful identification and proof of legal residency and/or citizenship is suspicious because he was told he'd be fired if he didn't hit a quota for detentions, and since his job is to meet the quota for detentions and it falls on somebody else to do the investigation, you may be shuffled off to spend 1-2 weeks waiting for a middle level functionary to confirm your identification and release you with no apology. It's not worth it.

They tend to be the same types that also deny something like white privilege exists.
