I noticed that my post titled 'Real Debate at stormfront.org' is missing from this esteemed basement. You asked a question from that post, and I was about to answer you until I noticed the absence of said posting.

You did say that the warden 'teacher' didn't have deletion rights to basement postings. Perhaps he moved the post to another section of debate politics. Could you look into this for me, and give me an answer to this inquiry?

Well, in ptsdkid's defense, I would say that while it might not make a difference in whether the post gets removed, it would be nice to know that a thread was being removed and the reasons why. You could do it after, but it appears that no one told him it was being done. If I am wrong about this, I apologize. If I am right, then of course I am right.

There should be the ghost of the thread where it says:

Reason: We do not allow board wars here.

(Unless only we moderators can see that, if so, I apologize).

I was unaware of the action, until after the fact as well.

But there were some concerns brought up that addressed the thread as a board wars and an advertising campaign (parts I missed as I didn't read the whole thread). We simply do not want to go there. We are no better or worse in any other forum - in my book. We just want to be unique.

Also, as Shuamort said - it could be considered advertising as well. The basement isn't off limits to moderation it is just that we do not *actively seek* to moderate. Personal injury threats, sharing someone elses personal info, and advertising are off limits - if they get reported or the mod team happens to be in the area they will get attention.

teacher will be moving threads to the sub-fora, but we do not consider that moderation per say as he cannot edit/delete a post or create an action against a user. Plus, if your thread is moved - you will get a PM. We hope he is as kick *** as his claims - we will see.

You may have noticed that I often question some of this forum's 'vague' rules, with an earnest quest to get clarification to it's policies.

So knowing that I'm a stickler for sensible details, I would hope that as soon as teacher screws up with his new role here (which shouldn't be long)...that you'll be quick to offer me the new title of basement warden. After all, I have much more experience on numerous forums of kicking serious butt..than does the rookie teacher.

The 'vague' rules are intended actually. Mod discreation is the meat of the actions here. A *very* close second is questioning if they were indeed un-biased. We take that s/hit seriously.

I'm just sorting out the garbage. This is still the basement. You can continue to be as stupid as usual and continue to start suck threads. I ain't censoring jack shi*t. Not my way. I go straight at it. Though I imagine eventually with you I'll start taking your 9 thousand suck threads with the combined 67 replies and merging them into one giant ptsdkid suckfest just so everyone can ignore you more efficiantly.
