A while back I sent a question to the contact us.

Still no reply.

Is that the norm...and should I simply expect that my question will be answered?

Or have I done something wrong by sending a question that way? (That possibility is why I am trying this.)

I've had things submitted seemingly get swallowed and disappear forever. A couple appeals (years ago), etc.

Thanks. Too bad that.

I would send a personal message to one of the moderators, but I expect that is frowned upon.

Eh? Questions. IMO, that should be fine. I've submitted some number of them. And as you likely know, technical stuff is best aimed at @RedAkston

And if one wishes to appeal an infraction, one can respond to the PM you got about the infraction and say "here is the basis of my appeal, BLAH BLAH BLAH, please submit it." Just bear in mind it's not a discussion. The appeal goes behind the curtain and at some point, you are told the result.

Or not.

I will respond to your Contact Us message.
