First Commandment: "You shall have no other gods before me."

Does that acknowledge the existence of other gods?

No. Man has shown a remarkable ability to worship anything. Trees, other people, themselves... God is saying "Don't worship anything/anyone but me."

Yes it does.
Little "g"'s, not big "g"'s. There are many Eloheme, but there is only one YHWH.

Thor, Odin, Al-Allah, Horace......little g's.
"I am, that I am"......big G.

Similarly, Magick, Remote Viewing, Voodoo, etc, are all real and work, but mislead us, which is why we are not to practice them.

Of course it acknowledges the existance of other Gods. And numerous times, especially in the book of Exodus, he gets a little nervous, and threatens the Israelites with violence or atrocities if they adulate another God. This verse gives further proof that this fella was aware of other Gods.
