Putting plaque of baby killer in university

Thank God there not putting a plaque up of that woman that killed her baby because that would have been horrible. I can not believe that the university wanted to put a plaque up for the "poor lady". She didn't deserve the plaque.
 
I am out of pocket on this. What are you refering to?
