Oh, I really don't need to be lectured on taking Ukraine seriously. We've got extended family in Ukraine and Belarus. The former were in Mariupol and relocated to a suburb from which a ton of people recently got out. Still don't know, though.

But you know, that doesn't mean that I am duty-bound to only ever make posts filled with truly righteous fury every single time the topic is Ukraine.

If Biden was so aware of Putin's attack, why did he wait so long to provide Ukraine weapons? Why did he await until after the attack to impose sanctions? If you want to deter an attack, you impose sanctions before the attack.

He was providing weapons, what do you think that the Ukrainians were using when the war started. We have been sending more weapons all along and are now sending even more. The one who held up weapons to Ukraine was trump who tried to use them as a lever to get dirt on Biden. And the best thing to do was use the sanctions as a stick before the war began. If you do not invade, no sanction and if you do we come after you. And in reality, we needed more cooperation for the sanctions from other countries, which we did not get until after Russia attacked. If we had gone alone before the war, they really would have been ineffective. Do people on the right ever think these things through or just write the crap they hear on Fox News.
