i bet a TON of Republicans were giddy.
He said he was willing to denounce white supremacy but when he was asked to actually do it, he dodged.Actually, he was asked if he was willing to denounce white supremacy and he answered twice "sure". He wasn't willing to denounce the proud boys.
He's read it on a teleprompter, but never done it in his own words. The day after the teleprompter performances, he walks it back.Actually, he has done it several times.
Proud Boys aren't white supremacist.
Trump loves violence. That's why he stokes it.Trumpism: the evil is the point.
The proud boys are a patriotic men’s fraternity and not a racial hate group. Their national chair is a black manProud Boys celebrate after Trump's debate callout
It was the first time the two candidates faced off on the debate stage after months of tweets and attack ads.www.nbcnews.com
He failed to denounce White Supremacy but gave marching orders.
“Standing down and standing by sir,” the account wrote. The account then posted two videos of the answer, including one with the caption “God. Family. Brotherhood,” in which a man howled at the TV in response to Trump’s response.
“To say Proud Boys are energized by this is an understatement,” Squire said. “They were pro-Trump before this shout-out, and they are absolutely over the moon now. Their fantasy is to fight antifa in his defense, and he apparently just asked them to do just that.
”The Proud Boys, a self-described “Western chauvinist” organization, is considered a violent, nationalistic, Islamophobic, transphobic and misogynistic hate group, according to the Anti-Defamation League, a nonprofit organization that tracks extremist groups. Proud Boys members marched at the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, and have organized against Black Lives Matter protests in recent months.
Let the excuses begin....

There is no parsing, it’s the literal meaning of the sentenceWhen you have to excuse that by trying to parse it, it’s time to give up.
Gavin McInnes is not a white supremacist nor an Anti-Semite.Yes, when under duress, someone writes some talking points for him and he repeats them in a statement. He didn't last night, then asked the white nationalist PBs to stand by.
Great, it's the "but I have a black friend, so I can't be a 'racist'" excuse. Always a good one. They're only 99.8% white!
And the PBs bear hug white supremacists and anti-Semites, like their founder. So if someone associates with people who bear hug white supremacists and anti-Semites like the founder, don't be surprised when the shit sticks to you.
Trump has disavowed white supremacy many times. However revolutionary leftism has killed many more people and the political left in the entire western world openly praises said murderersFar right terrorism is a global threat with for example 77 people murdered during a terrorist attack in Norway and 51 people murdered during an attack in New Zealand. So, it of grave concern for not only US but also the rest of the world that the president of the United States don’t disavow white supremacy then asked a direct question.

There is no evidence Trump has ever been duressed into condemning white nationalism, he simply does not agree with it. That’s you once more making something up that you want to be true and then projecting it.
Two more debates to go!
Uh huh....There is no evidence Trump has ever been duressed into condemning white nationalism, he simply does not agree with it. That’s you once more making something up that you want to be true and then projecting it.
Nobody should have stooped to that level. I don't know what our "lofty" candidates thought would garner them support, but evidently they have the same target audience as Hollywood: teens and predominantly male. It's why we have such a dearth of interesting movies, and why most of them are built on mindless violence. Mindless violence is the teenage aphrodisiac's answer to everything. Just gut anybody in your way. But obviously, that's not the way the real world works. And yet, we have candidates - PRESIDENTIAL - that have stooped to sniping and name calling and really, echoing everything most teenage kids hold dear: who dominates. And in the world of chimpanzees, that works. In a civilized world, it is horrifically destructive. The two party system is no longer viable. We need calmer and smarter and more ethical minds and hearts to lead us, and we have to give them that opportunity. Thanks!!How could Biden have been more dignified next to THAT? That was the intention. To make Biden look undignified by association.
Rebel's Gavin McInnes gets flak from CIJA for offensive videos about Jews and Israel
During a Rebel mission to Israel and on subsequent video, Gavin McInnes recorded a series of caustic remarks about Israel and Jews.www.cjnews.com
He's like a lot of the far right grifters who want to be seen as non-knuckle draggers. It's not good business being OPENLY anti-Semitic, so he records an anti-Semitic screed, and uploads it, getting rave reviews from the more honest white supremacists like David Duke, then he walks them back. It's just plausible deniability for the particularly stupid members of the audience. He's not fooling anyone, and there are many examples of the PBs being open about their anti-Semitism and white nationalism/supremacy.
...So you're preempting anyone else's post, by calling them excuses?Proud Boys celebrate after Trump's debate callout

Actually. He also offended far-leftist who believe that only they are allowed to be racist and bigoted. So in other words, he offended white liberals who use ethnic Judaism as a cudgel to get victim points. That’s not anti-semitism.

That pretty much explains more than a few of the anti-trump posters on here.

Can you condemn the proud boys?Because Wallace defined White Supremacy as the proud boys. Proud boys aren't white supremist.
Can you condemn the proud boys?
Trump couldn't
So you agree with the founders video of the ten things he hates about jews and the proud boys chanting as a group jews will not replace us.Based upon what little Ive seen or read, I wouldn't condemn them.
Wallace asked trump to condemn white supremacistsBecause Wallace defined White Supremacy as the proud boys. Proud boys aren't white supremist.
