for that matter, there is a misdemenor charge in many places that is 'terrorist threat to cause bodily harm'

Plenty of people would like to believe it did or did not happen. There is no reason to believe the woman filming and the women chiming in were lying.

There's no reason to believe she was telling the truth either. The LAPD suspect the alleged incident is a hoax because no witnesses were found who saw a trans woman at the spa, and Wi Spa says none of their trans clients had scheduled appointments that day.

So it is possible that women were there with their daughters, by themselves, or with an elderly relative and did not expect to see anyone with a penis. I would consider this an issue of disclosure by the spa, given the fact that nudity is expected in this spa. They must obey the law which states that anyone who identifies as a women be allowed full access to the women's facilities. Perhaps they need to clarify this so all women understand and can make their own choices for themselves and their children.

From the Wi Spa website:

"Wi Spa is a family spa and welcomes guests of all ages. Spa treatments for guests under the age of 18 must be under the supervision and consent of a parent or a legal guardian and must be present at all times. Anyone who is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult of the same gender in the spa and sauna area at all times (or meet under 31″ height limit)"

"To enter the spa and sauna on the gender-segregated floors, we ask that no clothing be worn. Bathing suits are not allowed in the spas. Please shower before entering the tubs. Most guests wrap themselves in the towels provided."

More activity from Antifa last weekend over this spa incident which now seems like a Hoax. To the extent that Proud Boys are engaged in violence, they should be treated the same as Antifa, and the FBI should be investigating and preventing terrorist activity. Antifa, and then BLM started all this with their violent protests, and now their opponents are using it to respond. Everyone needs to get the hammer dropped on them, and our national politicians need to be our daily condemning political violence, and showing that action is being taken to punish those engaged or planning. This partisan political war has to end. People have to stop all the hostility. Set an example.

Can you provide a link that shows Wi Spa made a statement saying this?

The only statement I can find online is:
"In a statement, the Wi Spa said it sought to meet the needs of all its customers, including transgender people."

So once again, this is the right playing the angry mob game. There were no random "young girls", there was no transgender lady, and someone completely unconnected is getting death threats.

Let's review.

No criminal complaint by anyone in the change room.
The police think it's a hoax.
The spa says none of their transgender clients were scheduled that day, and it's an appointment-only business.
The video is of a hallway outside the change room, with no video of *anyone* coming into or out of the change room.

I hope the lady that started this shit gets arrested.
