Sudan: Is Hamdok's return a signal of democracy or military victory?

So Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok is reinstated as PM after having signed away alot of the powers of the civilian government to the military. The protestors are not amused, and vow to continue the protests. The crisis in Sudan is far from over, with the Civilian government now being seen as an enemy instead of an ally by Pro- Democracy forces.
