Prosecutors Leading Trump Fraud Investigation in NY Resign

The pattern is familiar though!
The media riles up the people about some really bad crime from Trump.... then a long time later it turns out to be lies
or an attempt to just trash trump, and then they walk away from the story!

Like the Russian collusion, Schumer's kangaroo court to impeach Trump, Trump's phone call with Raffensperger etc ....

At some point people will get tired of being played the fool!

There’s no there there.
Indeed. Given Trump's long spotless record of scrupulously honest dealings, his transparency regarding his wealth and taxes, he and his allies readily testifying when asked, how could there be?

That's not what the article says...

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

It's my interpretation from what the New York Times article reported. "The prosecutors, Carey R. Dunne and Mark F. Pomerantz, submitted their resignations after the new Manhattan district attorney, Alvin Bragg, indicated to them that he had doubts about moving forward with a case against Mr. Trump, the people said."

You may continue your Weeeeeeeeeeeeee - ing. ;)

The pause coincides with an escalation in the activity of a parallel civil inquiry by the New York state attorney general, Letitia James, whose office is examining some of the same conduct by Mr. Trump.

This is most likely the reason
Bragg has a different agenda. He was just in the news for committing to prosecute only the worst crimes. I guess Trump's don't seem serious. That whole attitude might not sit well with experienced prosecutors, though. This may have just been the final straw.

It's rotten luck that Cyrus Vance retired when he did. This might be the out that the crooks being prosecuted needed to walk away. :(
Let's hope not!

More on the above from the Times: (they have a paywall)

Seems to me Manhattan DA Alvin Braggs decided to just run out the clock on the Grand Jury into Trump's questionable business accounting practices. Makes one wonder if he's the one who should be investigated? :cautious::unsure:

When people get tired of being played the fool Trump will no longer have any support.

There was clear collusion. Simply insufficient evidence to prove a high profile case against a deep-pocketed billionaire and make it stick.
Uh huh. Whatever. There was no collusion

When people get tired of being played the fool Trump will no longer have any support.
Why does Trump have so much support and influence ???....
Maybe it's that people saw him do a good job for America, put America first, called out the Propagandists in the media,
Didn't get in to any War's, protected our boarders, and was not a puppet for his party !....

Many of our liberal friends were so sure they'd finally get Trump here. How could they not? MSNBC and CNN spent half their days reporting on the story with breaking news every half hour that, "the walls are closing in". Surely there was no chance Trump would slip through their fingers once again.

Probably will be a sad day in many Democrat households this evening. I suggest some super soft Kleenex and a nice fleece blanket.

This is how fascists operate; investigate, prosecute, and destroy the lives of those who refuse to prosecute your political enemies.
