Prosecutors Fail to Secure Indictment Against Man Who Threw Sandwich at Federal Agent

That's the second time that they couldn't get an Indictment against someone who "opposed" them. Earlier they tried three times to get Felony Obstruction charges against a woman who was recording the Feds arresting a guy.
 
If it was Turkey with lettuce tomato mayonnaise onions pickles black pepper and oregano and toasted then he should definitely be convicted.

Well we know it wasn't a ham sandwich because you know what they say about ham sandwiches and indictments...
 
Poor MAGA. After running around for days screaming it was a Felony, obviously. They screamed it met all the conditions for a Felony Conviction, and then, poof. Nada.
 
MAGA isn't sad. They still got a private company to change a logo via pressure from a POLITICIAN.

What, exactly, is "corrupt" about charging a guy with assault when his conduct clearly violated the statute he is charged with breaking?
