Reading labels on foods is a must but the manufaturers are still hiding facts and shading data and it is legal. Like organic, there is so much call for organic foods these days it is a fact much of them are loaded with chemicals becauise the growers can't keep up with the demand. If it is labeled as organic how do you prove it?

I'm not for big government in our lives in the form of causing undue hardship as a matter of concept, but at the same time the requiring of information to be provided is not an undue hardship. Not to mention that people should have a right to know what they are ingesting.

Unless you prepare the food from scratch yourself you don't really know what you're eating, and either way it's probably not as good for you as it should be. All fast food should always be avoided.
