Unfortunately it is unsustainable as Canadians have been piling on debt of late and will have to cut back just like the government

Here in Logan, Utah area, many contractors are actually busy again. We have been finishing our basement, and our daughter has been doing the same to her house. The contractors we have been using have several other jobs going at the same time.

None of the money is being borrowed for our basements, can't speak for outside the family. We have it in savings, daughter had a very good year with her couponing/affiliate marketing website. Seems a down economy is good for her kind of business.
