Come to think about it, undocumented people should not be able to get on welfare in the first place. Doing so is just another law breaking and further disqualifying act.And not everyone will be deported

That may be, I am not that familiar with welfare qualifications and that is why tweaking is needed as is a case by case evaluation. The underlying principle that law braking can not be rewarded is sound.An illegal alien female with a child born in American can quqlify for welfare
