President Trump explains the true meaning of sacrifice

Apart from the big wall between the USA and Mexico, what big structures did Donald Trump have built. Of course, a massive wall is probably enough for one term but he used the plural did he not?

He was no doubt referring to his real estate developments prior to taking office.

I understand he had planned a Trump Tower in Moscow with the idea of gifting Vladimir Putin the prime penthouse apartment there.
