President Bush a class act...

The charts on this link do show a significant increase in the valuations starting around 2003

I see a pretty smooth exponential increase starting in the mid 90's and continuing until the mid 2000's. I see near identical increases in the UK, Australia, and Canada. Unless Bush traveled back in time and became the leader of all four countries, it's a bit ridiculous to claim that he somehow started this whole thing in 2003.
 
The guy is the worst president in modern history.

He was an idiot puppet - first term.

Then the 'Decider' - second term.

He bankrupted our country and got us into two unfunded wars.

How dumb do people have to be to not see what a freaking disaster he was...???

Unfortunately historians and intellectuals have found him to be one of the worst presidents in history, unless they are explicitly conservative.
 
Historians also know that it takes about 20 or more years before they can seriously start declaring it apart of history. It allows for time to shape the events more, and larger amounts of documents can be released. That is why I am seriously skeptical about relying upon such grand statements by a poll such as this.

Here's some sage advice: Ignore 90 percent of everthing you hear in history or civics class. The world, you will find, will be very different from the brainwashing they're trying mightily to subject you to.

Bush was a pretty good president in an incredibly difficult decade. Liberal policies led to this economic downturn. It's plainly simple. And Bush didn't help matters with his TARP and medicare mistakes, very liberal ideas both.

Yeah, but you know, it isn't important how the rest of the world sees us, as long as taxes are kept low...that way the wealthy can KEEP more of what they earn, assuming they earned it in the first place.
Bush first set a new standard, a low standard, for qualifications to be president and he then set about proving the old adage that "anybody can become president".....
The system is corrupt and the electorate is inept when we vote in a clown like Bush. But, history is about to repeat itself, if Palin runs....

Short term memory is part of the reason the GOP did so well in the last election...the voters actually seem to want to bring back the Bush way of doing things. Maybe Jeb Bush will run...
