Is this statement true? Is Obama's intervention in Libya unconstitutional?
 
Yep, so was Iraq 1 & 2, Afghanistan, Yugoslavia, Nicaragua, Vietnam, Korea, etc.

Only congress may declare war. Otherwise it's unconstitutional. I don't believe undeclared wars are legal.
