The reason that Portland is in the mess that it is Wheeler has let Antifa run basically unchecked for years.
Now they want Wheeler removed. They recently took over the lobby of the building that Wheeler lives in......
Mayor Wheeler is as clueless as they come. A once nice city has been destroyed.
