Porn for Freedom expression of Sexuality?

This is such an interesting idea I had to share it

Free culture porn for a sex-positive society. • Blog Archive • Sex in the Pink

Not really sure how to roll with this one, but it's an interesting idea.

Read the article and honestly, I see where it wants to go, but it doesn't address a lot of issues that can and are dangerous.
Child pornography, first off is a dangerous area that exploits children and harms them for the rest of their lives.
Snuf porn, sadly there are instances where real snuf flicks get out. Not only are we talking about the fake snuf films but the ones where the target is actually harmed. Again, HARM.
Other porn that objectifies or propagates harmful or unhealthy acts.

Sure, sex-positive culture is a great idea, but there are those who are still sick and twisted.

See, I actually took that as the point. We should concentrate on the sex issues that are actually negative and actually do harm, such as child porn/sexual abuse, snuff films, generally any non-consentual sex. We shouldn't be concentrating on sexual activities that do no harm, unless it is to teach methods and ideas that actually provide benefits.

I have to agree, that's what I took out of the article.

Questioning.

questioning = gay but afraid to admit it

seriously...have you ever seen/met anyone who was "questioning" that was a homo who thought they might be hetero? ever met many homos that were "experimenting" with hetero?

Not necessarily. Questioning can just mean you aren't sure if you're gay, straight, or bi. Sexuality isnt clear-cut and often it can be confusing to place yourself in a category.

Why couldn't there be a guy who says they are gay, but really is hetero?

This makes me think of that episode of Friends, when you find out that Phoebe is married to a gay Canadian guy in the ice capades. He wants a divorce so that he can get married, to another woman. He "came out" as straight. He thought he was supposed to be gay because he was an ice skater and all the other ice skaters were gay. Or what about in Chasing Amy? She found that she wasn't just a lesbian, she was bi. Her lesbian friends were mad because they seen her dating a guy as her conforming instead of her following her own attractions.

And, all pop culture references aside, I could certainly see this as an issue for someone who is transsexual/transgendered, when they are generally expected to be homosexual of their biological sex, eventhough many aren't. It can get very confusing to describe the sexuality of someone who doesn't feel like they were born into the correct gender. And it can be very hard for them to accept where they belong if they do honestly feel "like a lesbian trapped in a man's body" or "a gay guy trapped in a woman's body". Not everyone in the homosexual communities are accepting of these sexualities.

It's satirical. Sexuality is immutable and cannot change over time, so it's there to make fun of people who say they're "unsure."
