The fellow in the interview said he shot at the victim because he was Black. You see to Johnathan Felkel of South Carolina that explained everything.
Now the Controversy is not that this fellow was shooting at a Black Guy. It is that in addition to two felony charges for Shooting at the Black Guy he is also charged with a Misdemeanor Hate Crimes County Ordinance. This fellow is facing at least a Decade in Prison. I don’t think that an extra thirty days in jail for the Hate Crimes Ordinance is going to make a bit of a difference. I mean it’s the Cherry on top of the Sundae at this point.
What is interesting to me is how this 33 year old Idiot talked to the Police. Not only did he admit committing the crime, which considering it was caught on Video wasn’t that big of a deal, but he acted like it was right and normal. You know. Because the Victim was a Black Guy.
Now to be fair I haven’t seen anything about his Political ideals but I’m going to go out on a Limb and say he was not a Harris Voter.
My impression of the video of Mr. Felkel from the link is that he is genuinely confused by the idea that shooting at a Black Guy was illegal.
Mr. Felkel is currently in Jail unless he can come up with the $1 Million Bond. Let me apologize now to the Trump Fanboys on the site. I do not have a link to where Mr. Felkel is raising money for his Bail and Legal Defense. I’m sure you can come across one and post it for your friends.

The Richland County Sheriff's Department charged the first person under a newly enacted hate crime ordinance.
